Natural Coconut Oil Deodorant

Ingredients:

· Coconut Oil

· Pure Baking Soda (Aluminum Free)

· Arrowroot Powder

Benefits:

· The vitamin E in coconut oil nourishes and moisturizes the skin while healing damaged skin that leaves scars and dark marks. It is antibacterial, so it prevents infection and works as a deodorant. The anti-oxidants in coconut oil detoxify the pores.

· The major properties of baking soda are its bleaching effect, exfoliation of the dead cell. It also works as a drying agent, reduces melanin, and also works as a natural deodorant as well.

· Arrowroot is recognized as an herbal treatment to make your skin softer and smoother, and oil absorbent.

To apply:

Spread a pea-sized amount under each arm and rub in well. A little goes a long way!

Caution:

Some people may become irritated after using this because there is baking soda content. This is natural as a detoxification effect of the body against the previous deodorant. After one week, the symptoms will disappear or you can also use Aloe Vera to cool and reduce irritation.

Note:

This deodorant changes consistency depending on the temperature. In cold climates, it will be pretty hard to get out. If that’s the case for you, I recommend storing by the shower and allowing the steam to warm it before applying. If you live in a warm climate and the deodorant is too liquidy, you can store it in a cooler pantry to thicken it up.
